Sir William Browder KCMG - Head of the Global Magnitsky Justice Campaign and Author of
Red Notice and Freezing Order bestsellers

Sir Bill Browder, KCMG, was once the largest foreign investor in Russia before being expelled in 2005 for exposing corruption. In 2008, his lawyer Sergei Magnitsky uncovered a $230 million tax fraud by officials, was imprisoned, tortured, and died in custody in 2009.

Browder launched the Global Magnitsky Campaign, leading to human rights sanctions laws adopted in 35 countries. In 2024, he was knighted by King Charles III for his services to human rights and anti-corruption.

About Mark Voyger

Mr. Mark Voyger is the President and Founder of KINGS — the Kyiv Institute for National and Global Security.
Previously he served as Special Advisor on Russian and Eurasian Affairs to LTG Ben Hodges, Commanding General of US Army Europe, and Cultural Advisor at NATO Allied Land Command.
He holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University with a focus on Russia–NATO relations, and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

He has also pursued PhD studies in Middle Eastern Studies at Cambridge University, UK.

Mr. Voyger is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian, Arabic, Turkish, French, Spanish, and Italian.
Professional Background
Mr. Mark Voyger is also a Senior Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington D.C.,
a Board Member of the Forum for Foreign Relations (UK),
and a Consultant for RAND Europe.
Mr. Voyger’s academic and professional expertise includes Eastern European, Balkan, and Middle Eastern politics and global security, Russian military doctrine, and hybrid warfare.

He has published articles across Ukraine, the Baltic States, and Poland, and regularly gives TV interviews and talks at think tanks, universities, and military institutions across the U.S. and Europe.
